Services and Fee Structure

Fees are based on the tariff of Fees as set out in the Recommended Tariff of Fees of the South African council for the Architectural profession

Architectural services are generally divided into 5 stages and the fee calculation per stage is based on a percentage of the building cost, or hourly rate.

We will meet with you, at your convenience, to discuss  your needs and the tailoring of our services to suit your budget, without any obligation

Supplementary Architectural Services are available and are charged on an hourly basis eg: Building Assessment, Maintenance Scheduling , Building Defect-, Insurance Assessment- and Dilapidation Reports.
