Paul C Boshoff is a Member of SA Council for the Architectural Profession and an Incorporated Member of  SA Institute of Architects

Services and Fee Structure

Our fees are based on the tariff of Fees as set out in the Recommended Tariff of Fees of the South African council for the Architectural profession

Architectural services are generally divided into 5 stages and the fee calculation per stage is based on a percentage of the building cost

We will meet with you, at your convenience, to discuss  your needs and the tailoring of our services to suit your budget, without any obligation

Supplementary Architectural Services are available and are charged on an hourly basis eg: Building Assessment, Maintenance Scheduling , Building Defect-, Insurance Assessment- and Dilapidation Reports.

Other Services;

Design, selection and printing of graphics; Sunken relief plaster work;

Design and installation of mosaic- and painted- murals, garden lay-outs

and water features
